Dawn Michelle Wilson is responsible for the strategic and account direction for both nonprofit and corporate work at Hershey|Cause. With 15 years of experience in providing integrated marketing solutions, her Hershey|Cause clients include The Annenberg Foundation, First 5 LA, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Progressive Majority and the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation.

She has developed and implemented marketing campaigns and communications for Fortune 500 clients in the areas of financial services, health care, consumer products, entertainment and nonprofit. Most recently, she led the development and launch of First 5 LA's multilingual public education campaign across TV, radio, web and print mediums. She has managed public relations and event promotions for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and developed message framing and a brand identity system for Progressive Majority.

Dawn Michelle gained experience in ethnic and multicultural marketing through her work on the Russell Simmons' Hip Hop Summit handling media relations and community partnership programs. She has also provided strategic guidance on marketing a NASCAR interactive fan program for The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to entering the agency world, Dawn Michelle worked for Clark Consulting, where she led marketing operations for more than 50 offices across the United States.
