On behalf of AT&T, Hershey|Cause conducted qualitative and quantitative audits to plan and create a highly segmented, strategic campaign. Our solutions for the telecommunications giant included a series of high-impact direct-mail pieces targeted to key audiences identified as the highest-volume users of cellular service.

Our research-based approach led to the development of an enhanced phone service offer to customers that increased response rates by an unprecedented 600 percent.
