We are proud to have led the development and implementation of First 5 LA's community-based grassroots campaign to promote its parent helpline among the mostly Latino residents of the "Magnolia Place" area in Los Angeles.

Award of Excellence
The first major piece to utilize Abode Communities' new name and identity, the brochure was recognized for excellence by PRSA-LA.

First 5 LA's community-based grassroots campaign to promote its parent helpline integrated grassroots outreach and community partnership building with outdoor advertising in English and Spanish.

First 5 LA's community-based grassroots campaign to promote its parent helpline has seen calls to 1-888-FIRST5-LA jump by nearly 75 percent – and counting! – over the life of the campaign.

The Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Association (HPRMA) of Southern California 2009
First 5 LA’s “They Do Everything You Do” campaign educates parents from a variety of cultural backgrounds about the importance of the first five years of children’s lives. The multilingual public education and partnership-building campaign, which utilizes media, corporate and community resources to reach parents across L.A. County, received a gold award in the multi-media campaign category, while the radio PSAs developed for the campaign won a gold award in the radio campaign category.

The Holmes Report’s North American SABRE Awards 2008/2009
We are excited to report that First 5 LA’s “They Do Everything You Do” campaign was also nominated for a SABRE Award, one of the most prestigious awards in public relations nationwide.

Graphis International Design Annual 2009
Our Design Eye-Q webinar helps nonprofit organizations grapple with the difficult decisions that come with creating in-house or professionally designed materials. The program’s logo won a Graphis Design Annual Gold Award.
