Levitt Pavilions is a national nonprofit organization supporting outdoor, state-of-the-art venues in public parks, each of which annually presents 50 musically diverse performances, free of charge to the community. Through collaboration with local civic and community leadership, Levitt Pavilions helps communities nationwide establish and sustain their own pavilions and Levitt program, resulting in stronger, healthier and more interconnected neighborhoods and communities. Currently there are five pavilions nationwide and Levitt Pavilions is in active development discussions with additional cities throughout the country.
Hershey|Cause was engaged to help position Levitt Pavilions as a unique, prestigious leader within the arts community and among leading community development circles. We re-branded the organization with a new logo and tagline, “Community Through Music,” which reflects the uniqueness of the organization and helps to differentiate Levitt Pavilions from existing performing arts spaces. The new identity we created defines and differentiates Levitt Pavilions, the national organization from the local pavilions, for key audiences of prospective funders, donors, foundations and corporate sponsors.
We also conceptualized and designed an array of marketing and communications materials, including concert one-sheets, brochures, banners, DVD packaging and a Web site, which all aim to create the environment for current and future pavilions to participate in national network initiatives; leverage/grow a donor base and funding relationships; encourage partnerships and co-funding opportunities amongst funders on a wide range of projects; and generate interest in and supporting the establishment of new pavilions.
We are currently in the final stages of development of a full communications plan for Levitt Pavilions, which include a strategy for their new brand’s launch.
